CONDITIONS
STUD
OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide bitch owner with a complete
generation pedigree of the dog
2. Take normal adequate care of
the bitch while in our charge
3. Have the stud dog in good
physical condition and current brucellosis test
4. Sign litter
registration promptly and return to bitch owner.
5. Provide a
return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy
results from the mating, at no charge. To receive the return
service, the bitch
owner must notify the stud dog owner of
failure to conceive, in writing, not more
than 70 days following
the mating. If the stud is no longer available for whatever
reason,
for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to
offer a different stud to the bitch owner.
6. Provide the
bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record
of the breeding dates.

BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the bitch is serviced.
2. Provide a generation pedigree before servicing. For pick of
litter
3. Provide veterinary certificate of current clear
Brucellosis test.
4. Send bitch in good health and in season.
5.
Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 70 days after
mating if no
pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so
will result in no return service
being provided.
6. Keep the
bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog
could mate her accidentally, before mating season is finished.
7. agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a
result of this
mating to any person or firm connected with the
business of resale or wholesale of dogs.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1.
ONE PUPPY BORN ALIVE OR DEAD CONSTITUTES A LITTER. HOWEVER IF ONLY
ONE PUPPY RESULTS FROM THIS MATING, A RETURN SERVICE WILL BE
PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO THIS SAME BITCH AT HER NEXT HEAT, OR
WITHIN ONE YEAR, PROVIDED ALL CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT HAVE
BEEN MET.
2. IF THE BITCH FAILS TO CONCEIVE ON THE RETURN
SERVICE, THIS CONTRACT IS
TERMINATED.

Pick-of -the Litter Contract Agreement
If the payment of the stud fee is choice/1st pick of the litter, the following conditions are hereby agreed to:
This Contract shall remain in effect until such time as this Maltese bitch whelps a live litter, and STUD
OWNER(S) has/have chosen one (1) live CKC/AKC/ACA/-registerable puppy as payment for stud services. A live
litter shall be construed as one (1) live Maltese puppy, and it is alive at seven (7) days of age. If there is
only one puppy born of this mating, regardless of sex, this puppy shall constitute choice/1st pick of litter.
If all puppies are born dead, or none survive to the age of six (6) weeks, the STUD OWNER(S) has/have the
right to choice of puppy through mating at the bitche’s next heat/season to the above-named stud.
If Your female only has 1 puppy you have a choice to pay the stud fee or render the puppy for services,
Before the mom gives birth she is to be registered with CKC/AKC/ACA registry so when my pick of the litter will be able to be registered
and at the time the puppy is given to me her registration is included
You also agree to keep my pick of litter with the mom till she/he is 12 weeks old ,dew claw the pup no later then 1 week old and all shots required up to 12 weeks old
Ask your vet to give you a shot record for the pup to keep record of the shots , when i receive my pick i will need the shot record
you agree to send me pictures of the pup at least one from birthday and weekly for 12 weeks
(1 week)- dew clawed
(2 weeks)-deworming
(4 weeks)-deworming
(6 weeks)-1st set of shots
(9 weeks)-2nd set of shots
(12 weeks)-rabies package
please keep in mind that I have to wait 21 weeks, that's about 5 months for payment
(9weeks pregnancy, 12 weeks before they are allowed to leave the mom) when I accept pick-of-the-litter
by signing this contract you agree to the entire contract till puppy is 12 weeks and rendered
